Be Found by Local Consumers Free personal and business listings
Before guiding you through the process of creating your own personal and business listings, we'd like to show you some examples of the finished products. Below is a sample personal profile page. Creating your own is simple, and takes only minutes. If you choose to share your patient's hearing aid reviews publicly, you will automatically be provided with a professional "rating" based upon your patient's hearing aid success. After entering your business address a convenient map is automatically added to your profile page.
Here is a sample business listing. If anyone else works in your practice they will also appear here - under the "Professionals" tab. Your business will be rated based on the culmulative success of it's patients. Any dispenser who has turned off the public reviews option will be excluded from the business rating.
In the following image you can see the search form that is available to consumers. They may easily search for professionals and businesses by name or address.
Our search for New York has returned the following results. The consumer conveniently sees nearby dispensers on a map, and may sort the results by name, distance, or location.
Let's take a look at one more method for finding a local dispenser. If a consumer is browsing a hearing aid of interest, and wants to discuss it further with someone, they may click on the "Purchase this Device" link. You will see the link just above the bolded hearing aid name.
When the consumer presses the purchase button they are greeted with a list of nearby professionals who fit the hearing aid and advised to contact a professional on the list to discuss their eligibility for the device.
Outcome Tracking Your own live dashboard!
By now, you've probably heard about the mysterious "live dashboard." We'd like to show you a sample dashboard, so you know exactly what you'll be getting from Hearing Tracker. Every time one of your patients reviews a hearing aid, their review will be added to your dashboard. You'll see your top models and brands, recent review scores and comments, how you rank globally and locally, and how you are tracking over time (your moving average). If you're a practice manager, you can even watch the dashboards of your team members. It's simple, you just send a request to access their dashboard, and once they accept, you will see their dashboard listed too.
In the future we plan to add a lot more to your dashboard. We look forward to meeting the needs of our professionals. We firmly believe that sales performance is not the only indicator of clinical success.

Creating Tickets Facilitating reviews
In order to capture meaningful hearing aid reviews Hearing Tracker needs to know your patient's audiogram and exact hearing aid model fitted. To make the process easier for your patient, we ask you (the dispenser), to initiate the review by entering such details at the final hearing aid follow-up appointment.
You can start by clicking on the "Tickets" button in the upper right hand corner of your screen and pressing the "New Ticket" button on the following screen. As a shortcut, you may press the small printer button next to the "Tickets" button in the upper right hand of the screen. You need to be logged in as a fully registered dispenser before accessing the tickets section of the website.
The process of creating a ticket is simple, and takes about one minute to complete. This is the information you will need to enter. To make the process faster for you, we only require 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000Hz.
Once you have submitted the form above you will see the screen below. Before printing the ticket for your patient you will need to click "Click here to download PDF". You may also download the ticket using the small down arrow next to the trash can.
Once you have created the ticket, you will be provided with a PDF to print for your patient. Here is the top portion of a printed ticket:
The PDF will provide instructions to help your patient complete the review in their own home, and in their own time. Thanks to the information provided by the ticket, the patient only needs to complete the review, and doesn't need to worry about entering their audiogram or hearing aid model.
Note: For consumers inside the United States, Hearing Tracker will send a 3 months supply of hearing aid batteries as a special Thank You.
The Review Process What your patient experiences at home
Your patient will proceed to the the web address shown on the PDF ticket (hearingtracker.com/finder) and enter their code in the box that appears:
After clicking the "Go!" button they will be immediately connected a review form for hearing aid model. The patient will click on 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars for each of the 10 questions and click "Submit Review".
They will then proceed to an optional comment section. We ask if they have anything else to add about their hearing aid experience.
It's that fast and easy! The review has been saved along with your name (if you chose the public option), the patient's audiogram, and the model of their hearing aids.
That's all, you've completed your first review! You should receive an email letting you know a new review has been submitted. You can click on the link in the email to see the results! Don't forget to check out the changes to your dashboard!
