My hearing aid just said 'memory' twice and then died. What should I do?

Hi there! If a fresh battery (from a different pack than the one you've been using, because sometimes a whole pack can be full of duds) does not help, I'd recommend taking it to the hearing healthcare professional from whom you purchased it (or another hearing healthcare professional that services that brand). It could be a problem with the electronics that needs to be repaired by the factory itself.
