As far as style goes, this truly depends on many factors, including but not limited to the following:

  1. The type, severity, and configuration of the person's hearing loss
  2. The person's dexterity
  3. The shape, size, and texture of the person's ear and ear canal
  4. Other factors, such as whether the person wears an oxygen cannula

As far as brand goes, all of the major hearing aid manufacturers have excellent products. Each model has subtle differences, though.

An audiologist or hearing instrument specialist will be able to work through these factors and more to help the person decide what hearing aid is most appropriate.

Good luck!
