When a patient completes a review on Hearing Tracker, they complete three separate surveys.
- The hearing aid fitting outcome survey
- The patient satisfaction survey
- The clinic satisfaction survey
How does Hearing Tracker award your score, using these two patient surveys?
UPDATED Dec 4, 2014: Your public review score is now simply the average of your patient satisfaction surveys. This means your hearing aid fitting outcome surveys will not factor into your public score. However, it is still important to have your patients complete fitting outcome surveys if you want to rank well on Hearing Tracker. We have introduced a special ranking algorithm which promotes providers who have excellent fitting outcomes.
Remember, you can flag questionable hearing aid fitting outcomes, as they happen.
