My mom had hearing assessment at Value Hearing in Chatswood. The result required her to have hearing aids. With the help of the audiologist Kate, she can manage the hearing aids. Kate is very professional and informative. She is so patient to explain to my mom in each visit. It is a very nice experience to my mom. Also, the receptions are fantastic and willing to help.

Dr Paula was really patient and gentle with my ear wax management, I walked into the clinic feeling quite nervous but she soothed my nerves by reassuring me that it won’t hurt, she also explained the whole process to me clearly and tested the strength of my eardrums after the ear wax cleansing. The receptionist also served me tea before my appointment. Highly recommend this to anyone who experience a blockage in their ears due to swimming etc

If you are prepared, you can work with the excellent staff there to be fitted with the hearing aids that suit you the most. We all know clinicians' time is so valuable.
