I contacted Value Hearing after reading all the great reviews. I have to say that the audiologist Romeo and team are wonderful. It’s refreshing to be treated as an individual & be given all the information to make informed decisions. Romeo is highly qualified and experienced. I have been really happy with the hearing aid I purchased. There are no hard sell sales tactics and my hearing aid has worked perfectly for 3 years with no issues. It’s reassuring to know that their after sales service is great & an end of warranty service is covered.

Great service and no hard sell to get hearing aids despite having moderate hearing loss. Sensible advice and recommendations have actually made me more likely to get hearing aids sooner than I planned, whereas a hard sell would have made me annoyed.

This is my 4th year with Value Hearing, I remain very pleased I found them, after a search when discovering the cost of hearing aids for the first time! It’s a 5 hour round trip for me to get to Value Hearing and well worth doing. I tried 3 local hearing specialists where I live and had very bad experiences. My new Phonak P90 RL hearing aid was fitted in the morning with a second appointment in the afternoon to do some more adjustments after trialing the aid at a local shopping centre. I then did a follow up “remote connection” appointment 3 days later with excellent results. I have been in the hearing aid club for over 25 years and have a very good idea of what an audiologist needs to be able to do. I was very impressed with Value Hearing years ago, beside providing with a correctly programmed hearing aid, they also saved me over $5000 on my first appointment with them. They have integrity, high skill levels, excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with. They really are interested in what your needs are, instead of being high pressure salespeople trying to make as much money on the deal. I am very fortunate to have found them.
