I have nothing but praise for the team at Value Hearing Varsity Lakes. I made an appointment after some discussion with staff as I already had some new hearing aids and wanted some fine tuning performed. Louai, the resident audiologist is fantastic, a real professional, intent on doing the absolute best for his clients. He was incredibly thorough, easy to talk with and happy to explain what he was doing, how the aids worked and gave some very helpful insights and tricks to getting the best from them. A very positive experience all round. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Value Hearing and Louai, as I know you will be given the absolute best service and results, all achieved in a relaxed and friendly manner. Don’t hesitate like I did, just give them a go. You won’t regret it.

Excellent service from this clinic. I shopped around and tried several different clinics also. The audiologist Louie was very thorough, and carried out tests that others had not included. All details and options were explained thoroughly with focus only on what I needed. I highly recommend this clinic.

Value Hearing at Varsity Lakes is a great place to get professional, knowledgeable advice on all hearing issues.. I bought 2 excellent top class hearing aids from them several years ago. They really provide excellent service every time I need to visit. Pricing is very reasonable and their service and knowledge is superb. Easy parking is another benefit. It's a thoroughly recommended business for anyone concerned about any hearing issues.

I have been a client of Value Hearing for two years now and the level of service has never wavered. Love these guys! Nothing is ever a trouble to them. Before finding Value Hearing, I had several bad experiences with audiologists where I was clearly nothing but a customer who needed the highest priced device on the shelf. Value Hearing has clipped the price on big-brand hearing aids and the after-sales care is phenomenal. Heartily recommend them.

Louai came to audiology after starting his career as an audio engineer in the film and television industry and has worked as an audiologist in Townsville and Toowoomba before returning to his home city of the Gold Coast.
How did you become interested in audiology?
I started my career as an audio engineer in film and television post production and realised that what I really enjoyed was meeting people and helping them, so I changed focus to audiology and I've found it very rewarding.
What do you enjoy about audiology?
It's all about helping people get the most from life through hearing aids. I found it really rewarding to be able to share information and education so they can make an informed decision on treating their hearing loss.
What do you enjoy about working with Value Hearing?
I knew of Value Hearing and have been very impressed by how open the company is about sharing information and educational material to people with hearing loss and that really aligns with my values.

Louai was fully focused and attentive to my hearing loss. He was thorough with explaining the range of hearing aid options available and most suitable for improving my hearing loss. Great service, and follow up, to ensure that everything was working well for me. All of the staff that I encountered were most considerate and welcoming to me as a new client.

He is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. My husband and I are more than well satisfied. Now if I could master all the technical bits all would be very well. However, I'm learning and Louai is patient He's a keeper!
