This is my go to place for my hearing aids. Been a client for about 8 years. The service is terrific and their advice is spot on. Had the pleasure to visit Dr. Edmond and his team at the Coxwell location for a simple impression. I was immediately greeted upon entering the clinic and after filling a quick intake form, I was taken in to have my impressions done. Dr. Subido and Dr. Edmond made sure I was familiar with what would be done and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. The biggest plus for me was being able to book an appointment without first needing a referral and also being able to pay out of pocket. My experience at Hearing Aid Source was exceptional. I was apprehensive about receiving the examination and Edmond made me feel comfortable and calm. He explained the procedure in detail and was eager to insure that I understood what I would be experiencing. My hearing issue was due to my left ear being blocked with earwax. Edmond flushed my ear with warm water and removed the wax in a very short time. I was very grateful for the treatment and his friendly and professional approach. I have a old hearing aid I use for outdoor activities such as running, cycling and scuba diving (on the boat). It's an ear canal version so it doesn't pick up wind noise and isn't exposed to rain or spray. My new aids are an over-the-ear model and are subject to these problems. I was a bit rough with the old aid and cracked the shell. I tried repairing it, but made it worse. I went looking for someone who could possibly repair it. I approached Hearing Aid Source in Toronto, made an appointment and brought it in. I was hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. It was beautifully repaired and functions as before. The turnaround was a couple of days. Unbelievable service at a modest cost. I am very pleased and definitely recommend Hearing Aid Source.

My first time getting an ear wax removal, it was so easy & gentle without any discomfort. The hearing instrumental specialist knowledge on how to take care of my ears & professionalism was fantastic. I also had a fitting for ear plugs for sleeping. Can’t wait to wear them!
