They are so friendly and professional, my husband went on doctors recommendation, and he walked him through it all. Made him feel very comfortable, and my husband insisted on doing both, but he advised against doing both, only needed one!! I love when professionals don’t do stuff when it’s not needed! My husband was in shock on what came out of the one ear though! 🤣😝

We visited this clinic for my wife’s ear wax removal as she has been complaining of clogged ears for over a week now. We tried the ear drops from the pharmacy hoping it would help clear wax from her ear but built up wax over the years can solidify and its harder to remove. However, Andre was informative and did the job with precision and perfection. He just used a water based tool that puts water into your ears with pressure and gets rid of all the wax in your ear. He took time to consult with us before doing a pre inspection of the ears to make sure the wax was actually present. The whole process took less than 10 mins and we were on our way. Right away after the wax removal, my wife said she could hear more clearly than she had ever done before. She is super happy and satisfied with the procedure. The front desk admin was also super nice and friendly. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone who is having any hearing or ear related issues because they are the real deal.

Staff was very friendly and Andre was amazing. Put me at ease and explained what would happen with the earwax removal. Two minutes later my ear was clear and my hearing restored to normal! So happy I had the second ear cleaned for good measure. Gentle and no pain or discomfort. Highly recommend!

My journey into the hearing healthcare field began when my grandmother asked my siblings and I to help her with two of her ailments. Her hearing loss and her bad knees. Fast forward a few years later, my grandfather and I went to his hearing practitioner for his follow up after getting his hearing aids. His experience was rather poor and ultimately he did not wear his hearing aids.
Having personally experienced family members with hearing loss, I have made it my mission to make sure that my team and I, never let our clients feel like they haven't been well taken care of. My job is to make sure my clients have amazing conversations and experiences so that they forget they are wearing hearing aids.
I believe that the best hearing aids are the ones that have been mutually selected by the client and their practitioner based on conversations about lifestyle, hearing ability, physical ability, and price.
