Sent these off to Chris Harmon in Topeka, Kansas, for reprogramming, my hearing has gotten worse over the years. He did a great job, very fast, extremely courteous and kept in touch at all times. My hearing is so bad that I have to look at my wife when she speaks so I can read her lips, it really upsets her when I don't know what she is saying. I hear male voices with no problem but with women I don't hear and a lot of sounds I don't hear like the microwave ending or the phone ringing. Can't say enough good things about Chris, now I can hear better and he said if I need reprogramming later on just send him an email. Wish there were more people like him in the world today. Thanks again Chris. Willilam E. Billingsley Pace, Florida
i think there good I don't even know I have them in my ears, but that's a good thing and a bad thing cause twice I went in the shower with them sill in my ear lucky I didn't damage them. The other thing that's a problem is the microphones are in the back of unit when I'm in a nosey place I can hear what people in back of me are saying ,where its real hard to hear in front of me.
