Hearing aid reviews are fundamentally different from reviews for most other consumer electronic products. The reason is because individual factors, like degree of hearing loss, have a profound effect one's success and overall satisfaction with the product. When purchasing a hearing aid, you'll need to consider more than just your hearing outcome ... Continue readingReview the ReSound LiNX Quattro

The volume always goes off on one hearing aid, while the other is fine. I have taken it back several times, and he usually cleans it and then it is good for a week, and the same issue. Sometimes, at no specific times, I hear this rush of sound, and then it turns off. Nothing but problems. Very dissatisfied with it.
Just left the VA and I am very happy thus far. The noise that I was so accustomed to is gone. They fit nicely on my ear and so far I am pleased. It was, at first, hard to accept I needed hearing aids but after wearing them, I am glad that I do have them. The doctor at the VA was extremely helpful and did an amazing job adjusting them and teaching me. Thank you!
My hearing aids compensate for loss due to Ménière’s and these have far exceeded my expectations. They are programmed to three audiograms based on results from good, so-so, and bad hearing days. I can easily switch to the best one when my hearing fluctuates in my left ear. I love being able to create and save favorites. My quality of life has greatly taken improved and I’ve only had them for two weeks. I love hearing everything now and I especially enjoy hearing the full spectrum of sound again when listening to music. Recharging is convenient and connectivity to my iPhone XS is flawless. These are awesome!
Still new but vast improvement over old ones. Different brand and older tech. Update after 1 month: Liking them even more as I get used to them. I have the remote mic 2 and it has Telecoil which works very well in church (our church has loop). Excellent fidelity. Streaming to iPhone and computer (via TV connector) is very good, no drop outs. Music is fair, as good as my cheap ear buds. I use over everything ear phones for music some of the time. Very pleased in noisy restaurants, mostly leave it on All Around. Sometimes use speech clarity or noise filter. Mostly, I can hear without changing anything. Had one occasion to contact Resound support via email. They responded promptly. I had 2 items to ask about. 1. My second TV streamer showed up with a name of Restaurant. Turns out this is a user thing and they responded with instructions to rename. Simple user error, or omission. Maybe just too lazy to read the manual <smile>. 2. In the App on my iPhone, I had edited the All Around program for use in my SOHO. When I clicked back to All Around, it took quite a while for it to reset. This is due to the fact that it didn't really change programs when I clicked on that favorite, it was still on All Around. To work around it, I created another favorite with the default All Around settings (no change from the original All Around), named it "Reset" and use it to go back to vanilla All Around. Only have to do that if I use the favorite. The reply from support was that they would consider it as a new feature request. I was favorably impressed with their support. I guess that there is one complaint, the beep when I change volume is annoyingly loud. Will go back to audi one of these days and see if they can tone it down. Fortunately, I don't change it very often. I have a favorite set up for when I listen to music (at the gym).
I have been wearing these aids for almost 2 months. I can confidently assert these are marvelous: a) Superb wind noise suppression b)Soft noise like rustling leaves sounds very good. c)Music made me cry of joy when i listened to it with these devices for the first time. d)Fabulous streaming with TVstreamer 2 and phoneclip+ e)Sudden loud sounds like falling metal on a hard floor no longer sounds painful or distorted. f)Taking part in conversations in busy social settings is done with vastly more confidence than ever before. I am fitted with an UP receiver for both ears. The only thing that remains to be tested is the durability. By the way, the question regarding how many days last is left unanswered since i am wearing rechargeable aids, which i charge every night. Since i am from the Netherlands, Western Europe, i did not fill in the provider question.
I am now vastly more confident when entering into conversations in all environments. I did not allocate five stars to all of the above questions as I have been using the hearing aids for only a relatively short time, so after many years of having a hearing deficiency I have no way of knowing what is normal or natural. What I am hearing now is often a sharper sound than I would have expected, but I understand I will acclimatise to this over time. I have scheduled a review with my audiologist in six months time when I hope to have acclimatised and will be able to re calibrate any sharp sounds that may still exist. Please be aware that I have the rechargeable HAs so the question as to the number of days the battery lasts is an estimate because I put them on charge every night.
