Arrived without an appointment but was immediately seen by the audiologist. Excellent and attentive care by both reception staff and the audiologist who clearly explained my results to me as soon as he had finished. I would definitely recommend.

A fellow musician told me about the hearing protection scheme at Harley Street Hearing and the only thing I can say is I wish I had known about it sooner. The level of service was friendly, efficient and professional. I was seen by Simone and was really impressed by her knowledge, caring nature and ability to explain things in a clear and understandable manner. Thank you so much for the service you offer. My Father had ear wax removed today and he was very pleased with the treatment he received and the service. He now can hear clearly with no need to use an hearing aid. He would highly recommend this clinic especially as they were able to book his appointment so quickly.

Used Harley Street Hearing as part of the Musicians Union Hearing Health Scheme. Everything was all very easy from the get go. From the booking, to ease of finding, to the appointment, to the hearing protection impressions and hearing test, all very easy, professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took about 30min, I would highly recommend.

First year complimentary hearing check at Harley Street Hearing. A hearing check was carried out to check if any further adjustments were required. I have a 'program' for normal use, and a second one for listening to music. Audiologist Romy is highly qualified and experienced and takes time to tweak the users aural experience to their needs. Highly recommended.
