I was pleasantly surprised to walk into the office 5 minutes before the appointment and then walk out almost an hour exactly later with hearing aids on my ears for a trial run. Not exactly what I was expecting, and certainly not within an hour. It was clean, the doctor was nice, the reception area was friendly and helpful. My experience shopping for hearing aids is been pretty narrowly focused, but after the visit today I don't feel the need to expand it.

Took a relative needing hearing aids to CHA’s Los Angeles location. After meeting with two other audiologists, we found Jamie extremely knowledgeable and offering the best value. I have left messages twice this week and have yet to get a return phone call. I don’t know why this facility gets a high rating at all. I am new to Medicare and it has not made a good impression on me.

From comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and repair, to custom ear plugs and protection, tinnitus management, we measure our own success by the satisfaction of our patients. Our Staff is bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Farsi, ASL (American Sign Language) and Swedish. An additional 90 languages can be accommodated using our telephone interpreter language lines at no cost.

Jaime is married to his beautiful wife Julia and has 3 children Anthony, Brianna and Nathan.
