Besides being an extremely good doc, Dr Novick and her team truly values their patient's time. In the 18 months since I became her patient, I have never had a delay for an appointment. They are professional and competent, yet still very friendly and personable. Thank you for the many wonderful patient experiences!

I had my impressions done for my live performance in ear monitor. Right from the start, my experience was amazing. The appointment process was smooth and efficient. The follow up to remind me of my appointment was spot on. Dr. Novik was did an outstanding job. Very professional and my impressions were perfect! I highly recommend you visit them.

People who work here are rude and dumb! * I didn't ask for any treatment, just asking what therapy they offering at the clinic for tinnitus and the front desk assistant was speaking over me and didn't let me speak, what a bad listener! Also rude! That's why their response below is still a misunderstanding. Next time listen to your patient first so you don't misunderstand. I'm not a doctor I don't ask for treatment options or want to do things my way, that's an accusation! AGAIN. I WAS ASKING WHAT TYPE OF THERAPY THEY OFFER FOR TINNITUS. SIMPLE AS THAT BUT SHE ACTED LIKE HER HUSBAND LEFT HER FOR ANOTHER GIRL! Later I went on the website and the info is on there, nothing to do with safety! Next time just listen to the patient carefully and stop thinking about how much money she would want to make for her boss!

Why do I give Dr Marni Novick and her terrific staff (Vincent and Julia) a well-earned 5-star review? * Convenient Scheduling - I got an appointment within 2 weeks. Other larger operations (Sutter Health, Stanford) had lead times of 3-4 months. * Organized - Julia at the front desk immediately sent forms to fill out and checked with my insurance company to ensure they would pay for the exam. She detailed the costs upfront without my having to ask. She was efficient and personable. * Cordial - When I arrived in the office, Julia greeted me with a big smile. I waited less than 5 minutes. * Thorough - Vincent, Dr Marni's associate, asked me about my lifestyle and the noise environments I frequent (small groups, loud restaurants, etc). Dr Marni popped in to introduce herself. * Going the Extra Mile - Dr Marni examined my ears and found earwax despite my having had them flushed just 2 weeks previously (!) She very carefully and gently removed the wax so we could get the best possible test results. No extra charge! * Thorough Auditory Test - Vincent then administered a very thorough auditory exam which took the better part of an hour. Dr Marni was watching. She re-ran one test to pinpoint the type of hearing loss I had. Over and above service. This was not a cookie cutter operation. Throughout, it was a pleasant experience, with constant communication and encouragement. * Excellent communication and highly ethical - Dr Marni and Vincent immediately showed me the test results and we discussed next steps and options. At no time did I feel pressure to buy anything, and in fact, with my mild to moderate hearing loss, Dr Marni was suggesting the least costly options. She was more interested in what was best for her patient than in making money. She also was totally honest that hearing aids do not improve hearing loss. They amplify indistinct sounds so you can hear better, and interact with people better. * Efficient - Dr Marni quickly ran my credit card for the co-pay, made another appointment for 2 weeks hence, and I was on my way. Summary I had an EXCELLENT experience from start to finish. Dr Marni is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, jovial and fun. I believe she stays up-to-date on products and procedures. I feel I can trust her.

Highly recommended. I'm a musician and came in to get ear molds for custom IEMs to use as stage monitors. Dr. Novick is knowledgeable but down to earth and easy to follow. She understands the needs of musicians. The office staff is great too. After I was done Dr. Novick went above and beyond to help me with an issue related to my IEM order. She really seems to care about customer satisfaction. I will use this office again.
