Orlando Hearing Center

The staff at Orlando Hearing Center was pleasant and helpful. Lucas, the specialist, is very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions, concerns and get me taken care of in a timely manner. Excellent customer service and made the whole process enjoyable and affordable. Unfortunately having fixed my hearing, I now have to find another excuse for not getting to that honey do list. Oh well.

I took my Mom here and we had a very enjoyable experience. We met with the hearing aid specialist Lucas Butler who gave a comprehensive complementary exam. My Mom was reluctant to go but Lucas made it a very comfortable session. We learned that she could benefit from some of the hearing aids there so we’ll be going to the next step.

Knowledgeable and is proactive in resolving any problems.

Lucas is very knowledgeable with fitting his patients with the best hearing aids that will work for them. Very professional and takes great care of his patients. Highly recommend.

My mother and I are from out of state and my father is a stroke patient at Advent Health Rehabilitation in Winter Park. His hearing aides got wet and were malfunctioning and his OT reccomended we call Hearing Aid Specialist Lucas Butler at Orlando Hearing Center, as she uses him personally. We were able to go see him right away, he examined, cleaned and got them going again - all at no charge! Such a kind, helpful office, he took time out of his schedule and literally saved the day! We cannot thank Mr. Butler enough - my father would not be able to successfully continue his rehab without his hearing aides. We highly recommend Orlando Hearing Center!
