The staff in the front- sorry don’t her name is great at calling appt reminders. Dr. Weinbaum is very patient, from the beginning test, to explaining the device, their capabilities and answering all of our questions. She takes the time which is very much appreciated!

I lost my hearing aid charger while visiting Florida from northern Illinois. Kristen was very helpful in replacing it under my warranty. Thank you for your patience and help! Precision Hearing on highway 27 in Clermont, FL was fantastic!

I had a banged up hearing aid that needed to be checked and a bell replaced. Precision got me in the next day, checked things out, fixed what needed fixing and gave both aids a good cleaning! HIGHLY recommended!

Staff was friendly and courteous. I was seen promptly at my appointed time. Dr. Weinbaum was awesome and explained in detail my different exams for my hearing. Her post exam consultation was very detailed. While I don’t necessarily need hearing aids, my hearing is degrading and I will be back for another check up in 6-12 months. I highly recommend this practice!!

I went to Precision Hearing today for a six month check up on my hearing aids. I was helped by Marsha Henry, a wonderful new addition to Dr Weinbaum's staff! She is extremely knowledgeable as well as very pleasant. Besides physically checking and cleaning my hearing aids, she had many helpful suggestions on usuing them to their full potential.

I believe Dr Weinbaum to be very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. She is very professional and caring for her patients. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone experiencing a hearing problem. I feel her educational background helps me to feel confident in the care I have received.

Hearing aids are an expensive investment. Deciding which ones to buy and from whom to buy them are two decisions that can be stressful I am very pleased that I chose to buy Phonak hearing aids from Board certified audiologist Dr. Kristen Weinbaum at Precision Hearing. She is knowledgeable and personable, and I would recommend her without reservation.
