One of my Starkey hearing aids furnished by VA had static. The VA normally sent the aids away for repairs. I knew the one with static needed feedback from the user. The technician at Live Better did a complete hearing test with computer scans. She replaced the tiny wire that transmits from the receiver to the earpiece then tested several wavelengths and adjusted the volumn. The repair was quick and professional. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Extremely good visit. Staff was knowledgeable about the whole procedure and answered every question I had ahead of me asking. Im 78 and the technician was so kind and patient with me. Would tell anyone I know to go to Live Better Hearing!

My experience with Lauren and Tevell(not sure if its spelled right. ) has been great... All 3 ladies who work behind desk are nice..I have came 3 times for my mom and they both follow up with appointments abd are always very professional and welcoming.. I look forward to coming. Just good to encounter people who are doing a good job being of service. Dr. Casey did a great job working with my mom as well.

As a graduate student, her thesis project was entitled, “Localization of High-Frequency Noise with Traditional Hearing Aids and Personal Sound Amplification Products.” Some of the most significant accomplishments of her college career include graduating from the Honors College, presenting research with a faculty member on complex auditory perception tasks, and volunteering with Special Olympics Healthy Hearing. Casey loves audiology because it allows her to work with people of all ages and form strong relationships with her patients. Outside of work, she loves to play tennis, spend time at the beach, and relax with family and friends.
