Live Better Hearing + Balance

I have been going to Live Better Hearing for several years. I went there after I was not happy at 3 different places. From day one a few years ago I could not believe the difference. Just the vast amount of testing that was done, explaining the different hearing aids and then going over why I needed ones that would fit with my occupation (minister at a christian church, counselor and a lot of meetings they fitted me with the hearing aids that I still wear today. (several years). I just had a regular checkup and yes more testing just to make sure and of course I walked out with a smile on my face still wearing the hearing aids I bought the first time at Live Better Hearing. Now in my book they did their job like the expert she was( just so you know I was going there for both her first and second child. I will not go any where else and I get calls and ads all the time and I toss them. When you have the best, forget the rest. Rev. David M. Benway

Dr. Leeb and her assistant were superlative. I haven't got my hearing aids yet, but they answered all my questions and explained the difference between types of hearing aids, and went above and beyond to get me scheduled and navigate the insurance maze. Sheila Parshall, the patient care coordinator, was extremely helpful and kind.

Dr. Leeb is great in every way; thorough, prompt, professional, concerned about my individual needs, etc. I expect the same excellent service on my return visit. Sheila is 'over the top' efficient and professional.

These ladies in this office are the Best. This journey is difficult enough, every interaction with them is pleasant and rewarding. They go out of their way to make the schedule work for you. Patience in the process that is oftentimes frustrating for a newbie! Highly recommend!

Very pleased. The location is convenient, the audiologists and staff are very professional. They show that they value their clients and want to keep connected with ''Appt. Reminders'', Surveys, follow-up appointments, etc. Have benefitted from top-notch service of Drs. Cushing and Leeb (and previously, Dr. Liacouras).
