Been visiting Live Better Hearing for about 10 years now. Dr. Book, at the Pasadena office Is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and thorough in her assessments. The Office Manager, Teresa, is a delight to work with. She explains what your insurance will or will no cover, pleasant in person and on the phone. I feel like these two ladies are part of my extended family. They portray an excellent image for Live Better Hearing. Thank you ladies for taking care of my ears 👂 Mrs. Cegelski
Read moreWhat a remarkable audiology office within the Live Better Hearing family--the owners, Drs. Jen and Ross should be proud! Teresa, the office manager wonder had extended a ray of hope when she informed me of a newly opened slot--hooray, to a step closer of not feeling vulnerable with only one functioning aid! Dr. Karlee Ertter and student, Erin broadened that sunshine with a grounding sense of security, influx of knowledge, and exuded compassionate empathy. Delighted to have found my go-to for all of my hearing loss needs!

Read moreAt the heart of Live Better Hearing’s focus and purpose are its founders and owners, Drs. Ross and Jenifer Cushing. Drs. Ross & Jenifer Cushing met at the University of Buffalo while working on their doctorates in audiology. As students, both Ross and Jen knew that when they graduated they wanted to create a practice that put people first, and fate brought them together to do just that – as a husband and wife team. As business leaders and owners, Ross and Jen remain resolute and tenacious in their mission of helping people live better lives through the experience of better hearing. In addition to ensuring Live Better Hearing and the nonprofit organization Live Better Foundation remains committed to its goal of helping others, Ross and Jen have three beautiful children and live happily in Maryland.
