Live Better Hearing + Balance

We were charged and paid $6100 up front. Our insurance discount was $1100, and Live Better is in our insurance network, but Live Better said that they don't accept insurance discounts, About a week after our insurance paid them, they said our refund would be about 2 weeks away. Two weeks later, they still said the exact same thing. Their receptionist claimed that she had no phone number to contact their billing service. We returned the hearing aids for a refund. They eventually returned only $5700 of the $6100 they made us pay up front, with no explanation.

From the minute you walk in the door, you will feel welcomed and appreciated by the receptionist and the doctor. The doctor spent a long time with me, showing me how to change the caps on the device, answering every question I had and even calling me because I complained that I heard the phone on my hearing aids. Patient, helpful, never condescending - this was a great visit!

I had a 8:00 AM appointment the doctor didn’t get there until 8:30. Told me that’s there new hours. I got about 5 reminders all saying it was at 8. Plus they said to be there 15 mins. early so even if it was at 8:30 they were late. Thinking of going somewhere else.

I brought my mother to Doctor Bond this morning. I was impressed by the amount of care she took with my mom. The waiting room was comfortable and there was plenty to read.

Friendly staff, great with children! I brought my 8 year old daughter to Dr. Bond. They took great care of my daughter with patience and kindness. I highly recommended this office!
