I took my 3 yo for a hearing test. Although we had to hang out in the lobby for a while waiting, (I got there earlier than I expected), the person at the front desk was very friendly and understanding. They even engaged with my son while he was wandering around doing his toddler things😅. I appreciate that they weren't uptight about him wandering about in the lobby. It was a pretty relaxed environment and when it was our turn, the doctor came out and escorted us back. Although the testing didn't really go as planned, the doc wasn't too pressed about it. I appreciate that they didn't try to force my son to do any of the tests. It was understood and halfway expected that he was gonna be all over the place anyway, right? So they tried multiple times and a few different tests but ultimately a sleepy three year old will be a sleepy three year old. The doctor also assured me that my son's behavior/reaction was typical of all the 3 yr olds they've seen. At least he tired himself out while he was there and fell asleep in the car.. so I'd say overall the visit was successful.😉Read more
Excellent service!!! I cannot say enough about this office and the audiologist, Dr Doci. She is very compassionate and cares about her patients. My mom loves going to this office. Thank you for providing great service to the Southern MD area.Read more
Very disappointed with the quality of service. It took over 24 days to give test results. Absolutely will not recommend this business. Understand that the doctor went out of town but we should have been notified of that possibility BEFORE the appointment so we could make an informed decision to schedule or go elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS !!!!!Read more

At the heart of Live Better Hearing’s focus and purpose are its founders and owners, Drs. Ross and Jenifer Cushing. Drs. Ross & Jenifer Cushing met at the University of Buffalo while working on their doctorates in audiology. As students, both Ross and Jen knew that when they graduated they wanted to create a practice that put people first, and fate brought them together to do just that – as a husband and wife team. As business leaders and owners, Ross and Jen remain resolute and tenacious in their mission of helping people live better lives through the experience of better hearing. In addition to ensuring Live Better Hearing and the nonprofit organization Live Better Foundation remains committed to its goal of helping others, Ross and Jen have three beautiful children and live happily in Maryland.
