Lauren was amazing beginning to end! She helped schedule myself and my boyfriend and ended up administering our hearing tests at our appointment. She was very clear and explained every test she was giving and went through the results thoroughly with the both of us. Will definitely be back for any future testing!
Read moreI am very happy with the office. The testing was great! The audiologist was very receptive and engaged. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I rated Living Better Hearing + Balance a 4 instead of a 5 because they were unable to perform one of the doctor ordered test. Evidently the appointment staff made a mistake. I specifically asked about the tests my neurologist had ordered and was told that the Waldorf MD office could perform the testing. Went I arrived for my appointment (after a 45 min drive) I was informed that this office can’t perform one of the ordered tests. Fortunately, they could perform the other test and let me know their Rockville MD office (~2 hour drive) can perform the test. Appointment staff needs to be better trained or should check to verify the testing is available at the specified facility prior to making an appointment.
Read moreOutstanding my appointment was 9:o’clock AM. I was seen at 9:05. The environment and service was excellent. I had problem with my hearing aids and it was taken care of by Ms. Abigail. I was able and exchange my hearing aides and pick up my replacements in two weeks. Good service 😇

They did an excellent job in every aspect of service; reception, examination and counseling. I have not had a more detailed examination or review of the findings from any medical professionals. This office would be my first choice for any repeat service needed for my hearing or any recommendation for friends and family. Thank you for your outstanding service and support!

MoreAbigail Ritinski is the provider in our Waldorf location. She was born in Rhode Island but grew up in Severna Park, Maryland. She earned her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University and holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Rhode Island. Abigail’s audiological interests include digital hearing technology and vestibular testing. She enjoys helping patients set goals to improve their quality of life and working with them individually to ensure they meet those goals. At each appointment, she is dedicated to ensuring the best possible patient experience. Additionally, she takes great care in working with the dizzy population in diagnosing and treating if possible. Abigail greatly values the importance of leaving one’s comfort zone in the pursuit of learning new skills and bettering oneself. She has strengthened her communication, time management, and interpersonal skills by working in various customer service positions, as well as substitute teaching. During her down time, she enjoys hiking along nature trails with her dog and is an avid New England sports fan.
