I’m a very happy owner of a phonek hearing aid set I purchased through Hearing Specialists of Kalamazoo. Great customer service and improvement because of the care to get them “tuned right” by Dr. Cole. Had them over a year and very recently one of my dogs chewed on it and needed to be sent in for repair. Wow, it was all covered under a great warranty and no out of pocket! I highly recommend! Seriously consider going here to hear better. 👍

After many months of enduring sudden hearing loss I wasn't sure if I would ever get any relief. That was until I heard about Kim Palmer and made an appointment to see her. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and within a few short visits Kim had me set up with hearing aids that she programmed perfectly to my specific hearing loss. On each visit, Kim was dialed into my specific issues and worked hard to bring me the relief that i needed. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and just a genuine caring person. If you need an audiologist who can make a real impact in your life, look no further. I am forever grateful to Kim and her amazing staff.

Dr. Cole is the best audiologist in S.W. Michigan, IMO. Just a fantastic person, very friendly, compassionate and highly experienced. His staff is just as awesome. Very easy to schedule appointments, a great location and takes care of any problems with hearing aids in record time. You couldn't ask for a better hearing specialist. Highly recommend him.

I was referred to Kim Palmer by my ENT doctor because hearing aids that were fitted for me somewhere else were not working well. She adjusted the settings and made them better. I just recently bought new hearing aids from Kim and they work better than any hearing aids I’ve ever had and I’ve been wearing hearing aids for almost 40 years. She’s a miracle worker!

Our mission is to provide professional audiological services and hearing health care while developing excellent rapport with our patients by giving individualized attention and personal, compassionate care. We seek to improve quality of life and maximize communication by listening to the patients needs, accurately diagnosing their hearing loss and providing a vast array of communication solutions and cutting edge technologies to meet the needs of the patient.
We have accounts with all of the major hearing instrument companies so that we can order the most appropriate product for each individual patient. After the hearing aids have been dispensed, we provide comprehensive counseling and training, as the patient goes through the important processes of adapting to their new hearing instruments.
A good relationship between the patient and the audiologist is critical to having a successful outcome with hearing aids. We realize that the prospect of having hearing loss and getting hearing aids can be overwhelming, both emotionally and functionally. Not only are we there to provide technical skills, but also to educate and lend the emotional support necessary to achieve success.
