They partner with other agencies to provide emergency assistance and provide services intended to help those with sight and hearing disabilities succeed in education, achieve jobs, and sustain self-sufficiency.

Michigan Chapter A.G. Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Based in Lansing, this is the Michigan chapter of a national, non-profit organization that aims to advocate, educate, and support the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, their families, and the professionals working with them. They organize events such as summer camps for children with hearing loss, workshops, seminars, and create public awareness of problems that concern the deaf and hard of hearing in the state of Michigan.

Lansing, MI Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA)
