Review of Susan E. Smittkamp, PhD

Dr. Smittkamp has a relaxed yet professional approach which makes her easy to talk to concerning hearing issues but also provided me with an alomost immediates sense of confidence thtat she is highly knowledgeable in her field. In my case she discovered a bi-lateral hearing loss, which alerted her to a potential issue with a medical diagnosis. Associated Audiolosit has an excellent relationship with the medical community and was able to schedule a quick appointment that ruled out any medical concerns, which apparently can be common with this tyupe of hearing loss. The hearing aid fitting, modificitions and follow-up have all ben excellent and I ususlay do not realize I am wearing a hearing aid and most others cannot see it. When others ask me about the advantages of wearing one professional hearing aid I tell them my hearing is back to stereo, instead of mono, and I can hear clearly in any social setting while others my age (70) are asking people to repeat themselves. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Smittkamp and Associated Audiologists and would highly recommend them to anyone.
