I had a great experience at the Hearing & Balance Specialist office today. The hearing test was such a different experience. I haven't had a hearing test since I was a child. It turned out I had normal hearing. My balance is off and there is a treatment for it and it has something to do with my ears. I'll get it fixed there after I recover from my Kidney procedure which is tomorrow. Getting the results on the same day is great!

Absolutely phenomenal! Loved the entire staff. 2 visits to my doctors and 0 help with my severe dizziness, sickness. Only 1 visit to Hearing and Balance Specialist and I was back to living again. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for getting me back to normal!

They are unwilling to work with patients on a payment plan. They refused to extend bill repayment by 2 months and would rather send to collections. The office manager was totally was very inflexible to negotiate on a payment plan. If you are unable to pay a huge price tag in 3 months, I would advise you don't seek care here. ****Update****21 June 2023***** Tonya has renewed my faith in humanity. She went above and beyond to work on a payment plan for me. It is amazing how personable to she took my issue. I am truly appreciative of her assistance. I can afford the payment plan she recommended and it would me pay up my balance. I have modified score review. THANK YOU Tonya!!!

Would recommend highly! The testing done here and explanation of what the testing performs was top notch next level. Feels great having answers. The whole office is above and beyond with professionalism and with a big scoop of heartfelt care. Can't thank them enough! Thank you Dr. Gathright!

My experience with Hearing & Balance was terrific. My audiologist was helpful, knowledgable, kind, and considerate. It was all so good that I didn't want to leave. I must say that if you are looking for a hearing aid with talented and kind people to help you then this must be your 1st stop!!

She has practiced in both the St. Louis and greater Kansas City areas.
Her passion for providing excellence in hearing health care has been fundamental to successful interactions and lifelong relationships with her patients and their families. In addition to providing hearing aid and hearing assistive technology, Dr. Flowers has specialized training in tinnitus and sound sensitivity conditions, is a member of local and national organizations, and has been invited to speaking and teaching roles for her expertise. Dr. Sam Bittel was highly recommended to me by an internist. My problem with vertigo was professionally assessed and successfully treated by Dr. BIttel. Wonderful care & great office staff.
