I would recommend Dr. Lake and Hearing and Balance Specialists to anyone encountering hearing issues. Dr. Lake is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She listened with compassion and understanding. Improving the quality of life is their primary goal. They do not try “to sell” which in itself is impressive. I wish I had visited them sooner. They really are the best!Read more
Today was my first appointment with an Audiologist and I couldn't be happier! Their office was spotlessly clean with a modern and up-to-date, professional atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My appointment with Dr. Lake was incredible! Dr. Lake was very thorough, didn't run through the appointment, answered any questions I had, and sat down with me to explain all my results. Thank you, Dr. Lake and staff!Read more
Dr. Laura Flowers is awesome! Her knowledge and communication skills are excellent. I was referred to the office due to my complaint of suspected hearing loss. She completed all the tests and it was determined there was minimal hearing loss in that ear. However in my other ear which I have congenital hearing loss (53 years), she felt that I would be better served by seeing another doctor for a hearing implant. She referred me and now I am scheduled to have surgery. She could have made much more money selling a hearing aide, but she did what was best for me. Patients before profit. So when my mom was having trouble hearing, I recommended Dr. Flowers and she had high marks for her as well. Also the office staff is very nice and helpful.Read more
Dr. Flowers took her time during testing and follow up after testing to discuss in detail my situation and possible paths to remedy, she did not rush me in and out and treated me very well. She took more than enough time to teach me about my condition and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. I would highly recommend Dr. Flowers to my friends and familyRead more
