I didn't know what to expect on my first visit but was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming front desk staff. The exam was painless and each test described to me as to what to expect by the audiologist. After the tests she explained my scores and also explained about hearing aids and cost. Very helpful and welcoming! I definitely recommend Hearing & Balance for any hearing difficulties!

From the moment I walked in the door they made me feel welcomed. The audiologist that helped me could not be more caring and non threatening. She explained everything very thorough. When it was hard for me to accept my hearing loss she showed me she understood and was compassionate. I highly recommend this business for anyone suffering from hearing loss. Great experience!

I visited Hearing & Balance KC for baseline screenings and found each team member— from setting up the appointment with ease, receiving directions and pre-appointment paperwork to screening with the audiologist and receiving a comprehensive debrief of the results on the same day— to be very friendly, caring and professional! Everyone from the front office to the back office staff was wonderful. I had a lot of anxiety with what I was dealing with. They were very helpful. Dr. Bittel was kind and gave me hope. He helped me find the right person I needed to see to figure out what was going on. Thanks to him I am doing so much better today.
