I didn't know what to expect on my first visit but was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming front desk staff. The exam was painless and each test described to me as to what to expect by the audiologist. After the tests she explained my scores and also explained about hearing aids and cost. Very helpful and welcoming! I definitely recommend Hearing & Balance for any hearing difficulties!

When it was hard for me to accept my hearing loss she showed me she understood and was compassionate. I highly recommend this business for anyone suffering from hearing loss. Great experience!
