I have a rare condition that I hear things too loud. She knew this and I told her three times that she was talking too loud and it hurts my ears. She told me she was talking normally so it shouldn't be a problem. For the rest of the visit she kept doing it. I will not go back to her. Her arrogance was unacceptable. There are plenty of competitors out there that will treat me with dignity.

MoreDanielle Dorner, AuD is a vestibular audiologist who cares for patients experiencing dizziness and/or balance problems. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, and her Bachelor's degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Although she works with all ages, she has an interest in special populations. She is currently employed at Associated Audiologists Inc. located in the Kansas City metro area.
