Greentree Hearing and Audiology is the best hearing aid experience I have had in the 20 years I have been wearing hearing aids. The office is welcoming, super clean and high tech. The doctor was honest about expectations from various levels of hearing aids and my hearing loss. I felt under no pressure to get new hearing aids which was very different than past experiences.

It was my first visit to Greentree for hearing aids. The office staff (Tricia) and audiologist (John) were very personable and professional, answering all my questions and we ordered my hearing aids. Overall, it was a great visit and I’m looking forward to being able to better hear again. I highly recommend Greentree.

Bought a set of hearing aids 3 years ago, was pleased with the service and their testing and fitment expertise. Went back recently to have hearing tested again, as I believed I was not hearing as well. Testing showed my hearing was a little worse, so they tuned the aids to my new requirements. Very happy with their service.

Dr. Russ Pickett was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. After serving 4 years in the U.S. Air Force, he attended Illinois State University where he received both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Audiology.
He continued his education at A.T. Still University where he received his Au.D. (Doctor of Audiology) degree. He has spent his 25 year career focused on assisting those with hearing difficulties through the use of hearing aids, listening strategies, assisstive devices and counseling.

I was pleasantly surprised at the store yesterday, with the professionalism and thoroughness of my exam, and how everything was explained to me in terms I could understand and retain. I believe that I found the right place to get my hearing fixed, after 2 failed attempts before.
