No comparison, the customer service was awesome. My new hearing aids are fantastic. After a week, I'm even more impressed. I didn't realize what I was missing. And the owner Marci, knows her business and is wonderful!

This is a first rate, first class business! Marcey is fantastic.Very knowledgeable and caring about each of her customers. She even went the extra mile to accommodate my hours. My job does not allow me time to do anything during the day/week. She made a weekend appointment to fine tune my new hearing aids, which by the way are the top of the line. The service is prompt. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend this knowledgeable business! Marcey is GREAT!

I don’t care what degree a person may have you will not receive a more professional and thorough hearing exam than at Republic Hearing Care. Marcey offers honest results and recommendations. She is all about your hearing and not about making a sale. Marcey is so exceptional that I brought my brother all the way from Florida for the help he needed with his hearing. Enough said.

I was well taken care of during the first session in ordering the correct device. I made several phone calls to the office and all were answered satisfactory for me. The second appointment was well done when I received my hearing aids and accessories. Any questions or problems I had were taken care of.

Marcey really knows her stuff. She explains things very clearly. Jennifer was very helpful with the business end. I chose their West Battlefield office because it was the closest of those covered by my insurance, and I am glad I did.

have been using Republic Hearing Center, for several years. l am 77 and have been using hearing aids for 15 years. I have only had WIDEX, because a close friend recommend them. I received a flyer from Republic Hearing Center, a few years ago, stating they accepted insurance. My first set of WIDEX were over 10 years old (2007), and cost $5,000.00. I went to see what RHC had to offer. Technology having improved, I bought the best WIDEX available for $1,800.00. Marci has been so helpful with service. I have had to return each aid for service, when l do, l use my old aid till it is returned. Because of the warranty, there has never been any cost, Marci even takes care of the FedEx cost. Sometimes I stop by just to have them cleaned, never any charge. They are so much more than sales. SERVICE MEANS MORE THAN ANYTHING, because it never ends.

Marci is the best of the best. She gives a thorough exam and then explains your options. She is interested in helping you hear better, not selling you something. I will not go anywhere else.

They do a good job up here. They tell you how to clean them, how to adjust them. Everything you need to know about them. I've told a lot of people about them. They are nice folks. It's a really comfortable setting. Relaxed yet professional.

Marcey runs a small business and does well covering all areas of the business. The new location is easy to locate and access. I have not yet visited the new office; my appointment was in her previous location. I'm looking forward to seeing what and how much better her facility may be.

Marcey gave me one of the best hearing tests I have ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable about the concerns I expressed and helped me better understand some concepts that I hadn't considered. Thankfully, I'm not in a position yet for hearing aids; however, I know where I need to be paying attention and what I can be doing to promote better ear health as I enter my retirement years. I know I will go to her first when time for my next exam.

My dad had hearing problems for years. He spent years working in a factory as a welder and he spent many years as an avid hunter and on a rifle team. For the past few years his hearing became worse. When he watched TV the volume would be at 100. He went to other hearing aid businesses. They would test his hearing and the story was always the same. "Yeah you need hearing aids, but since you don't have $8,000 we can't help you. Thanks for coming in." Then we found Republic Hearing Care. Marcie Hartman was wonderful. She tested his hearing and found that he needed hearing aids, explained that his diabetes could to contribute to hearing loss, and that hearing loss can contribute to mental decline. She fit him with hearing aids at a price he could afford. He wears them every day and the TV is now on a volume that everyone can tolerate. My husband and I both worked on ambulances for many years and my stepson is a race car driver. Republic Hearing Care and Marcie Hartman is our go to place for all out hearing care needs.
