I love my hearing aids! The service, knowledge and professionalism of Salem Audiology is second to none. Highly recommend them.
Read moreI am a first time hearing aid wearer who decided to treat my hearing loss. I had difficulty finding a qualified provider in my area and had problems setting up an appointment. I could not find consistent contact with anyone in the four offices I contacted . I was impressed with the difference in service with Dr. Frink. He is experienced and knowledgeable and his staff is courteous and understanding. Dr. Frink is patient and i feel I received personal attention. He was clear and concise and answered my many, many questions. I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decision or to purchase more than my projected budget. I had an amazing experience overall.
Read moreI've been with them for nearly 20 years, now on my third pair of hearing aids. I've found them to be professional, honest, free with advice, easy to get an appointment, and never pushy to sell the most expensive product. My impression is that they truly care about their customers not how to best empty their pockets. Scot is especially good. They also run free classes on various hearing issues for customers. I can drop in any time to have the aids cleaned and usually within a day or two have them adjusted. Two thumbs up!
Read moreI didn't think I needed hearing aids - I was just along as friend support; but while there, I went ahead and had my hearing tested. To my surprise, I learned my hearing was impaired. Most people my age, 62, have some degree of hearing loss. The service experienced at Salem Audiology was top notch; the information provided was clearly explained and the improvement in my quality of life - priceless! The team is kind, knowledgeable and easy-going. Never did I feel pressured to buy anything. In fact, I felt so comfortable with the experience that I left feeling that I made a well informed decision and I'm delighted with my purchase. I would highly recommend everyone get their hearing checked, and I would highly recommend Salem Audiology as the place to go. At Salem Audiology you'll be treated with respect and honesty throughout your visit.
Read moreI highly recommend Salem Audiology for their professionalism, quality care, and knowledge to properly test and fit hearing devices. Scot Frink was thorough when educating and training me to help me succeed with my hearing aids. The office staff and technicians are friendly and helpful. At my last visit, I left feeling that I got my questions answered and my needs met exactly as I had hoped.

Dr. Frink is a true gem! He was incredibly helpful to me while I was researching options to get my mother's hearing aid repaired during the Shelter-In-Place. My mother and I live in different states, and he recommended an excellent Audiologist in Arizona who will take care of her. Her previous doctor was trying to sell her a new hearing aid every three years with all the latest apps which she doesn't even use. Dr. Frink talked to me about the life of hearing aids, the cost of repairing them, and when it may be time to replace them. The information was so helpful (both mentally and financially!) and I am so grateful for his kindness and generosity with his time, talking to me over the phone for about half an hour, when I know he is a busy man. He really does care about helping people, and making sure they get what is right for them! Thank you!
