My husband’s hearing aids had stopped working, and Better Hearing and Balance gave us a quick appointment time. The front office was polite and efficient, and Anders did a thorough exam of my husband’s hearing levels as well as of the hearing aids themselves. He also explained some hearing aid “tricks” to get more out of them. In the end he determined one needed factory repair and recommended the repair be done rather than getting new and expensive hearing aids. One thing, you should be prepared to spend several hundred dollars on your first visit, but the expense is worth it for the high level of professional care provided.

His patients are delighted with his dedication and pursuit of excellence when it comes to their hearing needs. Making himself available to his patients is a high priority and he focuses on going the extra mile. In his free time, Anders is a professional musician playing drums both domestically and internationally. He has played at many of the local prestigious venues such as The Kennedy Center, Wolf Trap, and the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.
