Dr. Dinsmore completed her undergraduate studies in 2006 at Eastern Kentucky University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education. She earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Louisville in 2011. She completed her fellowship in private practice in Louisville, KY, specializing in dizziness and balance assessment and treatment, as well as tinnitus evaluation and management. She is licensed by the state of Kentucky as both an Audiologist and Hearing Instrument Specialist. Dr. Dinsmore has also started working toward a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in healthcare management.
Dr. Dinsmore is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech and Hearing Assocation (ASHA). She is also a fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. Other professional memberships include the Kentucky Academy of Audiology (KAA) and the Kentucky Speech and Hearing Association (KSHA).
Dr. Dinsmore and her husband have two children, two dogs and can usually be found on a softball field.
