Jennifer Micacci earned her Bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University, her Master’s degree in Audiology from Southern Connecticut State University, and her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University, School of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). She is an active member of the Connecticut Academy of Audiology serving as co-chair of the membership committee, and will be serving as the Vice President of Educational Affairs for 2016.
Dr. Micacci has 15+ years of experience in the profession of audiology. Her background is in medical (Ear, Nose, and Throat) offices working with patients with hearing and balance issues. She has extensive experience performing diagnostic tests and fitting hearing aids to both children and adults.
She lives in Southington with her husband and three children, Evelyn, Anthony, and Angelina. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as cooking, reading, and fitness.
