Katie Rinehart received her Doctor of Audiology degree from University of Florida in 2002. She worked as an Assistant Professor in Audiology at University of Florida focusing primarily on cochlear implants and pediatrics. She then was a Clinical Applications Specialist for Cochlear Americas. In this role, Dr. Rinehart trained and worked with audiologists, worked with cochlear implant recipients, and presented to professionals and consumers. In 2014, she joined University of South Florida as a Clinical Audiologist. At USF, she works with cochlear implants, performs Auditory Processing Disorder testing, evaluates hearing for children and adults, and works with hearing aids. Additionally, Dr. Rinehart maintains a clinical affiliation with Tampa General Hospital.
