Melanie is an Audiologist licensed in the state of Massachusetts. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences. She received her Master of Science in Audiology from Rush University. Melanie has her Certification of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology.
Melanie is motivated by helping others and positively impacting individuals with their hearing needs. She is specifically interested in individual patient rehabilitation through hearing aids and other assistive technologies.
Melanie’s experience in the field of audiology and auditory (re)habilitation includes private practice, as well as extensive diagnostic experience working with Ear Nose and Throat specialists. She has presented locally and nationally on the topic of hearing loss. She has knowledge and skills in hearing instruments, hearing assistive technology, aural habilitation and rehabilitation, and diagnostic audiology for pediatric, adult, and senior patients.
