About Nancy

Nancy Caudill - HIS, COHC has served the hearing healthcare industry since 2007 as a state licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and CAOCH Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist.  Her goal is to provide her patients with the best service at the most affordable cost. Nancy has a history of great customer service and knowledge of the products she provides.

At Doctors Care, our goal is to always provide the most convenient, high-quality care for generations of families, and at the end of the day, we want to make sure the families we serve are able to live their healthiest and happiest lives.

Our audiology clinics offer 5 major brands of hearing aids, all at discounted prices. Doctors Care has teamed with Truhearing, an insurance discount program through BCBS of SC.  This partnership offers every patient, regardless of benefit, the TruHearing discounted price.

Through the TruHearing network, Doctors Care sells hundreds of models from the leading hearing aid manufacturers. Even its standard-level models are rated higher than typical entry-level hearing aids from other providers, while the discounted pricing helps to keep these top-rated devices affordable.

The Doctors Care hearing aid program uses a fixed-price model for its devices, which is uncommon in the industry and guarantees consistent and fair prices for patients. Through the TruHearing network, Doctors Care patients can expect to save an average of $1,780 per pair of hearing aids, compared to the national retail average. Prices for many models are listed on the Doctors Care website.

Why are in-the-ear hearing aids skin colored? It makes them look like a phone from 20 years ago.

Ideally, it was to make them "appear" invisible.  But to me they look like a wad of chewing gum inside the ear!  I have fit patients with in the ear devices in a darker color... Read more
