With more than 25 years of experience in the hearing industry, Taylor is a well-known author and speaker on the hearing-industry conference circuit.

He has contributed to more than 25 publications, including several years as a leading contributor and editor with Hearing Health and Technology Matters. Most recently he served at Fuel Medical Group as Director of Clinical Audiology.

Hearing-aid industry pioneers

“Having followed Signia closely over the years, I know first-hand how the company is a pioneer in the industry," Taylor said, noting the company's "world-first innovations, from rechargeable technology to entirely new hearing aid form factors."

Signia is one of the two leading brands of WS Audiology, the world's third-largest hearing aid company. WS Audiology was formed by the merger of Signia parent Sivantos with Widex, the combined company's other flagship brand. The new company is battling other "Big Five" global hearing-aid manufacturers for industry leadership.

“With his dynamic experience, significant accomplishments, and familiarity with the industry, Brian is a strong asset to Signia," said Pamela Burton, Vice President, Customer Care and Product Management. "His expertise will be crucial in highlighting the benefits of our technology and advancing our market position.”

An Audiologist since 1991, Taylor received his AuD from Central Michigan University in 2006 and spent a numbers of years in hands-on clinical practice, professional development, and training.
