Hearing Health & Technology Matters (HHTM), an online resource for hearing professionals and consumers with hearing loss, has today announced the winners of its fourth annual Hearing Technology Innovator Awards™. Through the annual awards program, HHTM honors technological innovation and achievement in the hearing industry.
This year's competition reached new heights, attracting submissions from a diverse array of pioneering companies worldwide, including both emerging startups and established industry giants.
"This year's Awards have highlighted an impressive spectrum of innovation, creativity, and inspiration," remarked Dr. Robert Traynor, a member of the 2023 Awards Judge's Panel. "Innovations like these are instrumental in advancing progress across the industry."
This year’s Innovator of the Year title has been awarded to ASI Audio by Sensaphonics for the company’s 3DME In-Ear-Monitor (IEM) system.
The company received the most votes by an independent judge’s panel, based on the following criteria.
“The 3DME Gen2 is an in-ear monitoring system that allows musicians to both protect their hearing and also enhance it through wide band, built in, external microphones that are controlled by a smartphone app,” said CEO and President of ASI and Sensaphonics, Dr. Michael Santucci. “ASI Audio by Sensaphonics is a company dedicated to the prevention of hearing disorders in the music industry. We are honored to be chosen as Innovator of the Year”
