Signia Styletto C&G IX have an impressive build quality, featuring a top-of-the-line IP68 ingress rating. They also come with a robust portable charging case.
Zepp Pixie appear to be well built although their IP rating of X7 suggests regular cleaning and maintenance will be key to long-term protection from dust and debris.
Styletto C&G IX hearing aids provide up to 20 hours of use per charge. While some models offer a longer battery life, 20 hours should be sufficient for a full day's use. Recharging takes up to 4 hours, which is longer than some other models, but this isn't a significant drawback given their nearly all-day battery capabilities.
With a battery life of 17 hours, Zepp Clarity should last your entire day without needing to recharge. The portable charger is also robust and the added on-the-go power is a nice addition.
Styletto IX are Bluetooth compatible with both iOS and Android devices, allowing for audio streaming and hands-free calling.

I found Styletto IX to be very comfortable thanks to their slim and ergonomic design. Your hearing care provider should ensure they are fitted for optimal comfort and hearing benefit.
I found Zepp Clarity comfortable however, they sit deeper in your ear which may not suit everyone's preferences or needs.
Styletto IX features a unique, slim design and is available in a variety of colors, from discreet to bold. However, its longer body may be less desirable for those with smaller ears.
Clarity are small and sit almost completely in your ear canals. This can make them very desirable if you are looking for a discrete hearing aid option.

I did not run into any issues while using Styletto IX hearing aids. They are very easy to use once setup by your hearing care provider. First-time users may need some practice to get accustomed to inserting the receiver-in-ear style properly.
Some may find the smaller size of Pixie more difficult to handle and see, especially if you have limited finger dexterity and or low vision.
You should receive quality hearing care and support from your provider. The Signia App should enhance your experience with AI assistance and user-friendly virtual appointments, given your provider offers telehealth services.
