Elehear Intelligence Co Ltd
Elehear, headquartered in Shenzhen, China, and Minneapolis, features exceptional hearing amplification for its $399 price tag and is a 2024 HearAdvisor Expert Choice Award winner. Along with solid amplification, Beyond offers music and call streaming for iOS and Android, and has real-time live translations across multiple languages. The company will also be introducing its latest innovation, ELEHEAR Beyond Pro, which features several upgrades for enhanced sound clarity and an improved user experience. hearDL (Hear DeLight)
hearDL from South Korea reportedly provides the world’s first combination hearing aid and live-caption app running on a smartphone. Three AI programs run on a smartphone to reduce noise, fit individual hearing needs, and provide live-caption operation, respectively. Although there are some hearing aid apps and caption apps, separately available on smartphones, there is no combined app of hearing aid and captioning except hearDeLight, says the company. iCombo Tech
iCombo, based in Hong Kong, is a new start-up in the hearing aid market, offering “plug-and-play” hearing aids that use the latest Class H driver technology. It offers the BTE i6888-RIC and i9000-RIC with Smart Dock. The company states on its website that it is teaming up with the Logistics and Supply Chain Multi-Tech R&D Centre (LSCM) on more advanced hearing aid functionality for detecting Alzheimer's. Jinghao Medical Technology

Mimi Hearing Technologies
One of the best-known and widely implemented online/app hearing screening systems, Mimi is a global leader in sound personalization technology for consumer electronics and holds one of the world’s largest databases of digital hearing profiles. Based in Berlin, Mimi tailors audio experiences to enrich sound quality and adapt to individual hearing needs. Relajet Tech
Based in Taiwan, Relajet makes OTC hearing aids and hearing amplifiers, multiple-voice separation solutions, and other products like thermal imaging and night goggles. The company’s website says its speech understanding capabilities can “label certain voice, divide and enhance it in real-time” and take “certain sound or noise, divide it out and remove it in real-time,” as well as provide 3D spatial hearing. Retone (Xiamen Retone Hearing)
Retone makes a variety of branded and bespoke hearing aids, including OTC hearing aids. Every year, over four styles of OTC hearing aids are launched or upgraded based on the market and/or customers’ requests. Shokz
Shokz bone-conduction open-ear technology is more geared for the active-wear market (e.g., jogging, biking, etc.) and for workers in loud environments, but it is well worth checking out—occupying the blurry middle-ground of consumer audio and hearable technology. LVCC, Central Hall – 15825
Wenatone | Vienatone (Xiamen)
Xiamen Vienatone Medical Technology provides OEM and ODM hearing aid service, providing one-stop service and developing hearing aid accessory software. Vienatone produces a full range of hearing aids and personal sound amplifiers. The company says its products have successfully entered more than 50 countries, including the USA, India, and Japan. Silicon Valley-based Femtosense is the creator of an embedded AI platform built upon a unique AI accelerator capable of delivering higher performance at lower latency, using less energy in smaller silicon. The company has a new hearing aid solution that uses a real-time neural processor to improve speech intelligibility, quality, and naturalness, control the amount of noise pass-through, and reduce noise exposure paired with ANC while offering all-day battery life. Knowles, with headquarters near Chicago, reports it will be displaying groundbreaking audio innovations across hearing health, true wireless stereo (TWS), open wearable stereo (OWS), and audiophile applications. The company’s balanced armature (BA) drivers are precision-engineered to provide superior sound quality for a range of consumer and professional applications. Knowles will demo the BAs, which are powering the premium sound in many recently launched designs, including JLab Epic Sport ANC 3 and the Breggz ZOHN-1 custom earbuds. Attendees can explore tailored listening experiences and enhanced hearing protection with sound personalization algorithms from companies Mimi Technologies and Audiodo. A winner of two CES 2024 Innovation Awards, the Boston-based MindMics in-ear monitoring system is designed to transform ordinary earbuds into advanced health trackers, capturing subtle, heartbeat-to-heartbeat changes using cutting-edge acoustic sensing technology. While not technically a “hearable” or hearing solution, this company is a good example of technology that could soon find its way into hearing aids and tinnitus remediation devices. Based in Taiwan with facilities in Sunnyvale, California, Otowahr produces a Microspeaker (Monolithic Planar-Magnetic MEMS 𝛍Speaker) that reportedly has been used in cell phone, headphone, and hearing aid applications for years. The company says the membrane of Otowahr microspeaker provides better elasticity, preserving low sounds better, and its monolithic semiconductor design improves not only form factor but also precision. Tuned's patented, AI-powered app-based hearing aid solution combines audiology and psychology to enhance user engagement, motivation, and education, optimizing the efficacy of their hearing aid experience while minimizing product-related issues and service costs. Based in Isreal, Tuned's FDA-approved AI technology is now being integrated into OTC hearing aids, offering opportunities for private branding and retail and online sales. xMEMS
xMEMS has created an innovative piezoMEMS silicon platform delivering the world’s first solid-state True MEMS speakers for consumer audio devices. As reported by HearingTracker, the company's speakers are designed to offer smaller size, wider bandwidth, reliability, and automated production for hearing aids.
