LYNGE, DENMARK — WSA, a leading hearing healthcare group and parent company of Signia, Widex, and Rexton, announced today the appointment of Peter Bøggild as its new CFO and member of the Executive Board & Committee. Peter Bøggild is succeeding Marianne Wiinholt, who stepped down at the end of August to pursue a portfolio of board and advisory roles. Bøggild will join WSA no later than December 1, 2026.

Peter joins WSA from Novo, where he during more than 21 years held several senior finance positions, most recently as Senior Vice President of Business Finance and Group Vice President of R&D Performance, Finance & Governance.
