The advisor may query HearingTracker and HearAdvisor tools when relevant. If external web research is needed, only a shortened topic query—not the chat history—is sent to the web-search provider. HearingTracker does not save that text. OpenAI may retain API content for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring; API data is not used to train its models by default unless the account opts in.
