Beltone Rely Hearing Aid

The hearing aids will not stay in my ear canal! 

They don't work very in a restaurant setting. TV watching is marginal. Better that nothing.

Less than a month old and I've already  taken them in twice. The right hearing aid goes completely out. I told them at the store that they were junk. I would really like a refund.

They appear to be less effective now then when first worn.  Is there a special way to clean them at the end of each day.  My previous pair required changing covers periodically.  

found nothing to dislike...work well for me..

I do not like the app that was downloaded. It will work for a day or so and then quit. When that happens, there is no way to control the hearing aid.

I am looking at buying the remote control and getting rid of the app.

Hearing aids are very light and I forget I even have them in they stay charged all day long and I can hear a lot better with them

I can hear a lot better now. I do not have to ask my wife to repeat herself. 

Had to be adjusted constantly, depending on situation to stop feedback in ears. For example, singing to self in car .... Feedback! In a warehouse when forklift gives cautionary beeps... Horrible earsplitting feedback . But then i couldnt hear anyone in conversation!  I am not new to hearing aids.... 20 years and four sets. These were the worst Zi have encountered! I returned them

I thought my hearing was gone forever but now I can hear again.

They are very comfortable, and very easy to adjust to whatever background noise you are around.

I really like my new Beltone Rely,,, "except" I have a terrible time putting them in.  I have an awful time keeping the right one in. If we can figure how to make them fit as good as my old pair and sound as well as my Beltone ones we have a "winner"

My wife says they aren't as effective as well as Widex Evoke which she had previously.

need to get used to hearing aids before i can make a comet .

It doesn't help me with the frequency where I have problem.

Whereas the replacement for my right ear is working fine, The left is still "ILL". Even on level #3 I can't here anything.

So far I love my Rely Beltone hearing aids. I have had no issues with them at all. 

I tend to not wear them as much as I should; but I had a feeling that it would be like this.  I did get the lady that was at the desk to help me a week ago and what she did was very helpful.

They stay charged along time. They are mostly clear. They don’t get rid of the background noise, like I would like.

I wish they would have an app where I could control my device volume with my cellphone.

The Rely hearing aids are great and I appreciate the Beltone staff’s assistance in maximizing their effectiveness for me.  Unfortunately, Beltone has taken a very casual approach to filing with my insurance company for my reimbursement.  Over a month to even send it to the filer, much less to the insurance company.

I feel the price was too high, but I appreciate the follow-up with our provider (Len Poole) on a regular basis. He has had to change the earpiece so that it fits and feels comfortable in my left ear, and he takes the time to ask me how it feels and works.

Great product, great service.  I have tried other products that don't work as well.

The first audiologist was very nice but the product does not work. I went because of an offer and of course was upsold which I expected but they just don’t work. If they need to check them they have to send them into factory?  Not even 2 months old. 

The website chats for support is horrible and I have told them that. 

Only in office two days a week which makes appointments difficult

I don’t even know they are in my ear. It has helped out tremendously and I appreciate the doctor being so supportive and caring about my hearing loss. These are great and they are rechargeable which is great so I don’t have to buy batteries. They are very good and would recommend them to anyone looking for aids

I like the hearing aids, well enough. It's HearMax that I can't get to connect to them reliably. When HearMax works, I like it. But it often can't connect with one or both hearing aids. The only instructions are make sure the hearing aids are on, the batteries are good, and the hearing aids are in range. Check, check, and check. Still "hearing aids not connected."

I have nothing to compare them to.  I have never worn HA before.

Work pretty good for month. I then have to go to office and  they take them apart and cleaned. Have ask for money back but they refuse. Do not waste your money.

Too bulky.

Right aid does not connect to Bluetooth consistently 

Feel like quality is not as high as previous Beltone hearing aids

The hearing aids go dead even after being in the charger all night not happy with them at all

Speech is not clear. Overall volume is loud enough, I just can't understand speech

More direction in putting them on.  Needed to know I need to wear them.

Love these things! I can hear again. Comfortable, small, adjustable in different surroundings. Tones are real and not digital sounding. Will continue to enjoy conversations and surrounding sounds for a long time.

Not working with galaxy android. No training on issues at instore meeting

Haven't had much trouble getting use to it but I have learned that if you try to us them in the wrong ear they are hard to get into the ear.

If I had to do it over I might get the ones that only are in the ear not on the back of your ear and in the ear.

Very comfortable and inconspicuous. I can hear perfectly now.

Easy to use and more comfortable than the previous devices.

I am so happy with my new hearing aids. Before I got them I would have to have the tv up on about 60 now I can have it down on 20-25 volume. They are so easy to put in, you can't hardly see them and they are easy to clean.

I didn't like the hearing aids so I returned them.

They don’t sound nearly as good as the older ones . Having to use hearing aids for 40 years , digital sounds like crap

Best hearing aids ever had i like ITC ones best . 

The hearing aid is just fine, as is.  The Beltone APP however is just next to useless now.  It used to just work w/o issues or problems and I would rate the old version (ie pre-2022) an 8 or 9.  The 2023 version?  Chocked full of problems and continual connection issues, so I no longer even tryto use it.  Thankfully my iPhone has the Accessibility-Hearing Devices feature.

Hello, I am pleased with my Beltone Rely, thank you very much.

Can't say they have improved my understanding of conversations.  Even at max volume.  

I have had hearing trouble all my life and it feels so much better to be able to hear people talking to me and I am able to know what is being said. It is also nice to be able to hear things going on around me. I love them tremendously.

they don't help with hearing tv clearly,  they make it loud but not clear so i can understand.

One of these will not not connect to Bluetooth no matter what I try the same one fades in and out constantly sounding muffled then clear for no apparent reason

The lady that examined my ears and also explained my options was very cordial, pleasant and knowledgeable. 

I think they are high quqlity, just need an appt. to help with user errors.

During the first month I had two problems with my hearing aids and still having a problem with one hearing aid.  I'm seeing them next week so am not happy with them.

Good quality.  The aids are very helpful.  I like having instructions on the video lessons.

Loved it completely,  best hearing aid out there.

I like that they can be charged. No more batteries for me to buy, I like that they adjust each other.

I can hear better and don't have to read lips to understand things.

    I need to have them adjusted because it sounds like everyone whistles when they talk. It sounds like i'm picking up radio signals sometimes.

They are so comfortable I can hardly tell I have them on . The sound I hear is like I did when I was in my 20’s ! The Customer Service of the Burley Idaho Store is marvelous !!! I am well pleased !!!

I can hear better and turn the tv down. 

I had an over the ear hearing aid before.  As I wear glasses I hated something else being perched on my ear.  I picked the Rely hearing aid because everything would be in my ear.  I wish I could have gotten a smaller one, but I needed 2 speakers in the receiver.  It is alittle bulkier to handle, but I am adjusting.  It is nice to not have anything setting above my ear.

My experience was great! I have adapted to the hearing aids very easily with the help of Rachel in the Effingham store. She was very helpful!!

They are self charging & more versitile.

Loved them. They were just too expensive and did not accept my insurance. Even with their minor discount, was way too much for me to handle.  Sorry 😞 

I love them the only problem I seem to have is adjusting the TV but i am sure that takes time 

I like that it goes over my ear with a small drop in hearing device. And they work perfectly-                          Thanks goes out to such an amazing doctor-Dr Drew Millikin as he did an excellent ear examine on me an explained everything that came up on his computer about my hearing to me an it showed how my hearing was so different in both ears.                  Dr Drew showed me how to use the brush to lightly clean my aids an to use the magnet on the brush to put the batteries in my aids.                                             I really appreciate Dr Drew Millikin for his kindness an caring for folks like myself with hearing loss-                                    

It's wonderful to hear what's going on around me, but; the best sound is that of my smallest grandchildren's voices.

They don't seem to fit right and need to have the volume increased.

Invisible to others. The aid works for me. 

I can hear again! They are easy to use and I’m happy they can be recharged.

My life has improved greatly.  I’m able to hear sounds I haven’t heard in years.  It has improved my relationship with family and friends.

These  hearing seems to be better, than any aids that i have had.

My hearing problem is the same  but the Rely aids are great cause I can wear them longer with no changing batteries constantly.

I like them fine and am able to keep them in my ears!

My mother likes her Beltone hearing aids but it seems like she is always turning the volume up or down. The fact that she is 92 years old and theae are her first hearing aids may be the reason for her constant adjustments. The truely great upside is that I no longer have 2 yell for her to hear me.

This company says that they give free hearing test which means nothing to them , it’s just to lure you in , the hearing aid are self adjustable with phone app. They sell everyone the same hearing aid it just depends on your liking of style. They lure you to buy by advising that the trial is free, then you sign papers and they check your credit to make sure the can collect even though they said everything is free. The catch is if you decide you don’t want them then the papers you signed says you owe for all of the free work they put in. All hearing aid are the same the are adjustable to you hearing loss. Their catchy phrase is that you aren’t or won’t be able to hear your spouse or grandchildren. They were selling me an 8000 dollar hearing aid tha didn’t work, bought one on the internet for eighty dollars each and the work great . I tried all of the hearing aid companies and they are all the same scoundrels.

Still having trouble adjusting volume from time to time. Fit above right ear still uncomfortable.

Left hearing aid loses charge faster than right.

Otherwise, I like the overall result.

Clarity in being able to hear. Easy to wear and maintain. The Beltone representative, Mitchel Hubert, was clear, concise and knowledgeable. I am a Very happy customer. Thank you!

I like the but have trouble getting them to stay in whe wearing a face mask.

I can hear more clearly and understand spoken words better. I have almost quit saying, say that again. 

Like being able to hear the TV without asking my wife what is said.  My dislike is one of them seems to pick up static quite often.  It has been addressed, however, still getting it.

Love my Beltone Hearing Aids. Deaf without them. App works great with my telephone. Thanks Steve for helping.

I come to realize I hear better!  I was at a funeral sitting closer to the back but not quite! Normally I would sit close to the front as possible! With my Beltone Rely Hearing Aid I was able to readjust the volume and to my surprise I heard every word!!! Thank you!

Like the whole rely device system. And giving me the chance to hear.

Simple to use, the rechargable battery is great! I haven't fully explored all the hearing aids capabilities yet.

I can tap into my church's PA system. The batteries last a long time. I am pleased.

Love  everything about them, from the rechargeability to the control on my mobile phone!

aids were small for ear
