Jabra has arguably the best pro support offering among OTC devices. They provide 3 years of telehealth audiologic services including remote programming and video appointments. While I'd prefer in-person appointments, Jabra continues to bridge the gap given the limitations of remote care.

Bottom Line
AI summarizedThe Verdict
Pick the Jabra Enhance Select 700 if your loss is mild-to-moderate and you want a rechargeable, IP68-rated RIC with Auracast broadcast support and remote care at a much lower price.
Pick the Phonak Virto Infinio if you need a custom completely-in-canal fit, have loss extending into the severe range, want telecoil access, or want a professional adjusting your device across its wider 20-band range.
Which is right for you?
The roughly $2,800 gap only makes sense to pay if you need what the Virto Infinio uniquely offers — severe-loss coverage, a custom CIC shell, or telecoil compatibility — since the Enhance Select 700 already covers the mild-to-moderate range at a fraction of the cost.
Before you buy
AI summarizedConfirm your hearing loss severity
If an evaluation shows loss beyond moderate, the Enhance Select 700 isn't rated for it and the Virto Infinio's mild-to-severe range becomes the deciding factor.
Check ear canal size and fit needs for Virto Infinio
Completely-in-canal devices like the Virto Infinio require a custom mold taken by a professional, so plan for that impression step before ordering.
Review Jabra's remote care and return window
Since the Enhance Select 700 is self-fit via remote audiology support, confirm how adjustments and any trial return period work before you commit $1,800.
