Lucid Hearing's OTC Products Honored with Gold and Bronze 2023 Stevie Awards

In both cases, the recognitions are for Lucid Hearing’s lineup of Over-the-Counter Hearing Aid Solutions, including Fio, Engage, and Engage Rechargeable.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations—public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 13.
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Thought Leader of the Year, and App of the Year, among others.

The company's lineup of OTC hearing aids was in full compliance with the FDA's OTC rule on the first day (Oct. 17, 2022) that the category of devices was approved for sale. Schnell noted the company continues to take a data-based approach to new product development, incorporating customer feedback, anonymized audiogram data, and feedback from the over 500 hearing instrument specialists and audiologists it employs in its hearing aid center locations.
Judges’ comments about Lucid Hearing’s OTC lineup included remarks about the company’s effective accessibility approach, noting that “Overall, the company has done an excellent job of creating an accessible and affordable product line that meets the needs of a wide range of customers, and [it] has positioned itself well in the expanding OTC hearing aid market.”
More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
