Starkey Provides Hearing Healthcare in Kenya During Hearing Smiles Event

The Starkey Cares Hearing Smiles outreach event provided health services to more than 150 people in Nairobi, Kenya.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN — Starkey conducted a Starkey Cares Hearing Smiles Outreach event in Nairobi, Kenya, providing hearing health services to more than 150 members of the local community. The global event helped raise awareness of the important role hearing health plays in overall quality of life.

Starkey Founder Bill Austin and the Starkey Cares Team fit over 150 children and adults during the Hearing Smiles outreach event.

The Starkey team partnered with Jalaram Medical Services and local volunteers to conduct hearing screenings, provide greatly needed hearing aids, and will provide follow up services to the patients who received new hearing aids.
