Michael Andreozzi Joins GN Hearing and Beltone to Help Grow Its Independent Network

Following the sale of one of the largest U.S. independent hearing care networks, the industry veteran will now help others grow their businesses

Beltone, Glenview, Ill, has announced that industry veteran Michael Andreozzi will be joining GN Hearing and Beltone as Beltone Brand Ambassador and supporting the growth of its independent network. A veteran of the hearing industry for 40 years and second-generation hearing aid specialist, Andreozzi has overseen the growth and development of one of the largest U.S. hearing aid dispensing networks, Beltone New England, which he recently sold to longtime partner Brian Snowden.

In his new role at Beltone corporate, Andreozzi will continue to help independent owners and hearing care professionals succeed in their practices. He will also continue to serve the hearing industry in his role as President-Elect of the International Hearing Society (IHS).

Andreozzi joined the Beltone network as an independent owner in 2001, and successfully grew Beltone New England from three small offices in Rhode Island to over 125 Beltone locations spanning 10 states and employing over 260 team members. Andreozzi and his practices have received many awards, including the Beltone President's Cup Award for his outstanding achievements.

He is also frequently sought out for his knowledge of hearing care. Andreozzi has helped many new businesses test and roll out their products, from advising 3DM-United Sciences (which eventually became OtoScan) to working with CaptionCall phones for displays and sales in hearing care clinics. He has also been very active in the development of the profession, serving on the Board of Governors of IHS, culminating in his election as soon-to-be president of the organization.

Last month, Andreozzi announced he is retiring, after selling his Beltone New England operation to his business partner of 17 years, Brian Snowden, also a long-time independent Beltone owner and President's Cup Winner.

"We're thrilled to continue to grow our relationship with Mike as he truly is an amazing leader in the industry and such a great champion of the Beltone brand,” said David Molella, President of Beltone North America. “We look forward to exciting things to come and welcome those looking to take their hearing practices to the next level to consider joining our ever-growing network."

"I am so passionate about our brand, owners, staff, and business model," says Andreozzi. "Our profession is entering its most exciting decade and I look forward to being a part of its growth and prosperity."

As hearing healthcare changes, Beltone is ready and is growing nationwide, says the company. Beltone provides tools and resources for dispensing practices to differentiate their business, including the provision of marketing and practice support, business operations, training specialists, and more.
