Rexton Reach R Plus, also called Reach R-Li T , is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid. This page covers the premium 80 configuration, the only option available at Costco. While we have not tested the R Plus in the lab, we believe it is technologically very similar to the Signia Pure C&G BCT IX 7, which has been tested.
Premium Reach technology
The Reach R Plus is designed to keep up with the back-and-forth of group conversations. According to Rexton, its Multi-Voice Focus scans the surroundings 1,000 times per second, using four independent focus beams to emphasize people who are speaking while keeping track of others as the conversation shifts—all without manually changing programs. Voice Stabilizer manages compression to help preserve speech’s contrast with background noise, while My Voice 2.0 processes your own voice separately from surrounding sounds to make it more comfortable to hear.
The system offers 48 processing channels, 20 fitting controls, and six listening programs, giving your hearing care professional room to tailor the sound to your needs. Speech Preservation Technology and a motion sensor further support its sound processing.

The Reach R Plus has much in common with Signia’s premium Pure Charge&Go 7IX. Both offer 48 processing channels, 20 fitting controls, and six listening programs, and several of their sound-processing features serve similar purposes under different names.

Both brands describe conversation processing that updates 1,000 times per second. Rexton describes four focus beams, while Signia lists three dynamic focus streams plus one front-facing focus stream. These descriptions suggest closely related approaches, although they do not confirm identical processing.
For connectivity and battery life, the closest comparison is specifically the Pure Charge&Go BCT 7IX. Like Reach R Plus, it offers Bluetooth Classic, a , and a stated battery life of up to 54 hours without streaming, or 36 hours including five hours of streaming. The similarities make Signia’s premium BCT model a useful reference point, but matching specifications alone cannot establish equal real-world performance.
Fitting and accessories
S, M, P, and HP receivers are available. Receiver power and earpiece coupling determine the fitting range. Rexton App includes Rexton Assist; live and portal-based TeleCare depend on provider availability.
Supported accessories include Smart Key, TV Sound, Charging Station, Travel Charger, Charging+ Station, Universal Cable Charger, and Reach R-Li T . Smart Mic and Smart Transmitter 2.4 are not listed as compatible. Programming uses Noahlink Wireless.

What owners are reporting
The forum adds useful detail about everyday use. These accounts describe individual fittings and phone setups; they are not lab tests or a representative sample of R Plus owners.
Speech and streaming can leave different impressions. One owner who identified their hearing aids as Reach R-Li T BC, the model name on Rexton's R Plus feature sheet, liked hearing nearby voices in noisy settings and the compact size. They also reported disappointing streamed sound, Rexton App crashes with a Pixel 8, and intrusive wind noise. After trying Jabra, the same owner still preferred the Rexton's sound and group-conversation performance. That is one person's comparison, with their own fitting and phone.
Simple app controls can be useful. An owner two weeks into a Reach Plus R-Li trial initially thought the Rexton App looked basic, but came to appreciate how quickly they could adjust focus, volume, and tone (called Balance). They were still comparing custom earmolds with domes and had not reached a final verdict on the hearing aids.
Try calls after restarting the hearing aids. A Reach Plus owner using a Pixel 9 with Android 16 reported losing Phone and Media toggles after restarts, leaving call routing unpredictable. Re-pairing temporarily restored the controls; the thread had no confirmed resolution when checked on September 28, 2026.
During your trial, test incoming and outgoing calls, streaming, conversation in noise, and an outdoor walk using your own phone. Check that the app controls and earpiece fit work for you, too. Bring recurring problems to your fitter, and check that troubleshooting instructions apply to R Plus rather than the earlier Reach.
