Jabra Enhance Select 700
4.1/5

Jabra’s flagship Enhance Select 700 offers premium sound, LE Audio, Auracast, and top-tier remote audiology care in a tiny, discreet design.

Elehear Beyond Pro
4.4/5

Elehear’s $599 Beyond Pro is a feature-packed, self-fitting OTC hearing aid that delivers clear, natural sound and strong speech-in-noise performance for the price—and in my opinion, while it’s not flawless, I was genuinely impressed by how much value and real-world performance it offers for the money.

Yeasound RIC800
4.2/5

The Yeasound RIC800 is a rechargeable OTC hearing aid priced at just $699 a pair. It's streams to both both iPhone and Android, and scored in the top 5% of all OTC hearing aids tested by the independent HearAdvisor Lab.

Most OTC hearing aids are perpetually on sale. You can find great hearing aid discounts throughout the year, but note that events like Amazon Prime Day or Black Friday will surface the steepest price drops across brands. To help you get the best price year round, we have negotiated exclusive hearing aid deals that never expire and may even stack on top of other discounts. Find the full list below.

Some deals listed below are seasonal and expire when a sales event or holiday has passed. Others persist for longer.

We'll remove expired deals and add new ones as soon as possible. Note that our list contains exclusive deals that don't expire.

We have negotiated the following exclusive deals:

  • Jabra Enhance Select 700: Stack a $200 discount on top of other deals with promo code HT200.
  • Elehear Beyond Pro: Get a $20 discount with promo code HEAR20.
  • Elehear Beyond: Secure a $10 discount with promo code HEAR10.

These promo codes do not expire.

Prescription hearing aids from brands like Phonak, Oticon, and Resound are rarely discounted directly since they're sold through audiologists rather than online retailers. Costco and insurance coverage remain the most reliable ways to lower the cost.

The Sennheiser All-Day Clear is a RIC hearing aid built on Sonova technology. It’s the first OTC hearing aid to score a 4.5/5 in HearingTracker’s overall scoring, placing #1 among OTC devices and #5 across all hearing aids we’ve tested, including prescription models. In the HearAdvisor lab, it earned a SoundScore of 4.37 out of 5, with perfect scores for feedback handling and music streaming well above average. Audicus Omni 2

JLab Hear OTC

JLab Hear OTC

From $100per pair

The JLab Hear OTC is one of the few hearing aids under $100 that functions as advertised, offering four preset listening modes and Bluetooth audio streaming for mild to moderate hearing loss. It's best suited for situational use rather than all-day wear.

Expert Review

The JLab Hear OTC punches above its weight for the price. At $99.99 direct from JLab or around $80 on Amazon, it’s one of the most affordable FDA-registered OTC hearing aids available, and unlike most devices in this price tier, it’s a functional amplifier. Four preset modes cover common listening environments, and Bluetooth streaming is built in.

JLab offers free ground shipping, a 30-day return window (same as Amazon), and a two-year warranty. Note that purchasing through third-party resellers may void the trial period or warranty; buy direct from JLab or a verified Amazon listing.

JLab's current deal:

  • Newsletter subscription: JLab offers 10% off when you subscribe to their newsletter.

Other Hearing Aid Deals

We’d also like to share the following deals with you.

Zepp Clarity

Zepp Clarity offers free standard shipping within the US, a 60-day right to return, a 2-year warranty, lifetime customer service and professional audiologist assistance, and its products are FSA & HSA approved.

Here are Zepp’s current deals (no promo codes needed):

  • Zepp Clarity Omni for $299 (save $100)
  • Zepp Clarity One for $599 (save $100)

While it was available, we considered the Zepp Clarity Pixie to be one of the best invisible hearing aids. While its acoustic performance was solid (SoundScore of 3.88/5), it scored low on battery life, ease-of-use, and it lacked Bluetooth connectivity. Unfortunately, it has since been discontinued.

How to Get the Best Deal on Hearing Aids

Just because it's on sale doesn't mean it's a good deal for you. Follow these guidelines to ensure you're getting the best value when you purchase hearing aids online.

  1. What kind of hearing aid do you need?
Get an objective evaluation of your hearing loss, ideally by a professional. Note that OTC hearing aids can only treat simple mild-to-moderate hearing loss. If you have a complex or more severe loss, you'll want to look into prescription hearing aids.
  2. Which features do you need?
Compile a list of must-have hearing aid features. If you own a mobile phone, prioritize compatibility with your phone's operating system, typically Apple iOS or Google Android. With this information, you can narrow down hearing aids based on whether they're suitable for your hearing loss and have the features you'll use everyday.
  3. Understand what you're buying!
Are you buying a single hearing aid or a pair? Does it come with accessories and service or will you need to pay extra for things like adjustments, cleanings, or follow-up care? Is it an up-to-date model or are you buying previous generation technology? Answering these questions will help you find the deal that offers the best value.
  4. Review trial periods, return policies, and warranties.
OTC hearing aids offer trial periods that range from 30 to 100 days. It's worth reviewing the fine print to understand when exactly your trial period starts and ends, and which other conditions apply. For example, some companies will cover return shipping, while others will make you pay for it yourself.
  5. Does your insurance or FSA/HSA cover hearing aids?
Don't pay for hearing aids out-of-pocket when you can get them covered by your insurance or your FSA/HSA account. Look into which coverage you have access to and whether you need to use up funds before the year ends.

The Realistic Cost of Hearing Aids

Hearing aid prices vary widely: OTC models average $502 per pair, and prescription devices average $2,500 to $3,400 depending on insurance coverage, according to HearingTracker’s survey of more than 1,100 buyers. Use these baselines to judge whether a deal is genuinely competitive, not just cheap. For a full cost breakdown by device type, insurance status, and retailer, see our complete guide to hearing aid costs.

ADVERTISEMENTad for Starkey

When evaluating OTC deals, compare not just the sticker price but the quality tier, professional support included, and trial/return policies to ensure you’re getting genuine value rather than just a cheap device.
