I have a complete hearing loss in my left ear while the other ear is in perfect conditions. I have problems to keep up with conversations surrounded by noise and I can't hear any sound coming from my left. What hearing aid do you recommend me? Does any of them have the CROS system and enhances conversation at the same time?

CROS systems can help you hear sound hitting your "bad" ear by sending the sound to your "good" ear. However, CROS systems cannot restore the sense of stereo / spatial hearing that is necessary for sound localization. Sound localization is critical in that it enables our brains to focus on sounds coming from a specific direction while suppressing / ignoring sounds coming from other directions. CROS systems are especially helpful in quiet settings where you have speech coming from the "bad" side, like in a meeting room where voices are coming from all around... and less helpful in very noise settings. Phonak just came out with a new CROS system for their Lumity devices, which should be excellent. We have not tested it yet but it's definitely worth a shot if you can budget it. Another option for you would be a remote microphone. Placing a remote mic near your conversation partner in noise and having only a hearing aid on the "good" ear might really help you. I know you can also use AirPods Pro with the live listen feature and place your phone near your conversation partner, as a more budget friendly remote mic system. Of course, if you have hearing loss in the "good ear" I would recommend the former as AirPods Pro aren't fantastic as hearing aids.
